Zusammenfassung: Die vorliegende Arbeit enthält einen möglichen Behandlungspfad für das nicht-pharmakologische und das pharmakologische Arthrose-Management unter Berücksichtigung der Versorgungsrealität in Deutschland, entstanden auf Basis der Empfehlungen der European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), des American College of Rheumatology (ACR), der Osteoarthritis Reserach Society International (OARSI), des International Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) sowie der European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO).
Summary: In the present paper we suggest a clinical algorithm for the non-pharmacological and the pharmacological osteoarthritis management considering the recommendations of the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), the Osteoarthritis Reserach Society International (OARSI), the International Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO) taking into account the patient care in Germany.
