Multimodale Komplex- behandlung des Bewegungssystems im ANOA-Konzept
Zusammenfassung: Dem Symptom Rückenschmerz liegen vielfältige pathogenetische Mechanismen zugrunde. Chronische Rückenschmerzen sind komplex bedingt, da sie ihre auslösenden und aufrechterhaltenden Faktoren auf mehreren definierten Befundebenen mit multiplen Wechselwirkungen haben. Die multimodale Komplexbehandlung des Bewegungssystems ist die adäquate Therapieform für jene Patienten mit chronischen Rückenschmerzen, bei denen die somatischen Befunde und insbesondere die Funktionspathologie des Bewegungssystems im Vordergrund stehen. Die Bildung von Subgruppen erlaubt die erfolgreiche Behandlung dieser Patienten in klinischen Pfaden nach dem ANOA-Konzept. Für die erfolgreiche interdisziplinäre Arbeit im Team sind hohe strukturelle und konzeptionelle Anforderungen zu erfüllen.
Summary: The symptom of back pain is caused by a variety of pathogenetic mechanisms. Chronic back pain is caused by a variety of interacting factors, at multiple levels with multiple interactions. The multimodal complex treatment of the musculoskeletal system is the appropriate form of therapy for patients with chronic back pain caused primarily by somatic dysfunctions/functional pathology of the locomotor system. The differentiation in subgroups allows the successful treatment of these patients in clinical pathways according to the ANOA concept. For the successful interdisciplinary work in the team, high structural and conceptual standards have to be met.
