Operative Intervention im Bereich der Wirbelsäule bei rheumatischen Affektionen

Patienten mit M. Bechterew können durch Bagatelltraumata Hyperextensionsverletzungen an der Wirbelsäule erleiden. Bei neurologischen Defiziten sollte eine umgehende operative Versorgung mittels langstreckiger, dorsaler Spondylodese erfolgen.

Patienten mit Rheumatoider Arthritis und M. Bechterew haben ein hohes perioperatives Risiko für Komplikationen. Operationen sollten daher in engmaschiger Zusammenarbeit mit den behandelnden Rheumatologen geplant werden.
